Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase!

If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Please note:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, used fitness items cannot be refunded.
